Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
All sales made are final. There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges. The only exceptions to this rule will be if the item you received is the wrong item or has been damaged (i.e., clip fell apart, pieces of the clip snapped off, etc.) during transit. Please use either the contact form on this website or email [email protected] for any order inquiries and issues.
If you had an item broken during transit and opted for a replacement, Kirei Pins will not send another replacement if the replacement is broken again during transit or provide a refund. Please file a claim with your mail carrier as all Ground Advantage packages are insured.
Broken Clip Warranty
If your clip breaks and becomes no longer functional (i.e., fell apart, spring came loose, shifted position, etc.) within 5 days of receiving your clip, you will be eligible for a replacement--shipping will be covered by Kirei Pins. To do so, please contact [email protected] with photos of the broken clip, proof of your purchase (like your order number), and tracking information. Kirei Pins will be using your tracking information to deduce when you received your clip.
If your clip breaks within 6-30 days of receiving your clip, you will also be eligible for receiving a replacement, however you must pay for additional shipping fees. To do so, please contact [email protected] with photos of the broken clip, proof of your purchase (like your order number), and tracking information. Kirei Pins will be using your tracking information to deduce when you received your clip.
Anything past the 30 day window will not be eligible for replacements.
Shipping
Unless your item is a preorder item, all items will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Preorder items will be shipped within 7-14 business days after receiving products in-hand to allow time for me to quality check items and pack.
Domestic packages will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and international packages will be shipped via Pirate Ship Simple Export Rate (Ascendia and then your local mail carrier). Tracking will be included for all packages.
I, Kirei Pins, will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages after the tracking has been marked as "Shipped/Received at Local Post Office."
If any issues occur concerning the delivery of your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
I, Kirei Pins, am also not liable for any fees or taxes that may be incurred for international orders.
Returns
Kirei Pins is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses made by the buyer.
If a package gets returned to Kirei Pins due to an insufficient, incomplete, or wrong address, the buyer must pay for any additional shipping fees to have the package re-shipped.
EU Shipping
Due to new GPSR regulations, it is with a heavy heart to announce that I will be unable to ship to the European Union (this includes Northern Ireland).

Address Changes
Please contact me via email at [email protected] for any address changes within 1-2 days of your order placement or your package will be shipped to the original address on your order confirmation. Any changes after this period of time may be subjected to an additional shipping fee.
Trading Policy
You may not trade or sell any Kireipins pin within 3 weeks after the drop off ship date. I will be posting when this policy will be enforced as I always announce on my Instagram when I have shipped the pins off. Anyone caught breaking this policy will run the risk of being banned from my store. If you catch anyone breaking my rules, you may receive an early dibs to my pins. Please respect my rules and therefore also respect me as a creator. Thank you!
Pin Grading System
A Grade: Very few or minimal flaws may be on the pin. These flaws can include (but not limited to) light plating imperfections (scratches or polishing marks), small specks, slight color discoloration, small air bubbles, and slight enamel underfill and/or overfill.
B Grade: Few minor flaws. These pins may have flaws that are more visible, but does not ruin the overall look of the pin. These imperfections are (but not limited to) more noticeable enamel underfill and/overfill, mild color discoloration, printing errors, moderate scuffs and scratches to enamel and plating, air bubbles within the enamel, etc.
C Grade: Major flaws to the pin. These pins tend to have larger and more noticeable flaws to the pin. This includes (but not limited to) larger areas of enamel underfill and/or overfill, multiple defects and imperfections, discolored enamel, noticeable and highly flawed scuffs to the enamel/plating, missing enamel, etc.
Claw Clip Liability
Please DO NOT operate any vehciles while using a claw clip. I, Kirei Pins, am not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur as a result when wearing and/or using claw clips.
